Petitioner's grievance is that though Director General, Medical and Heallth, U.P. Lucknow has written letter dated 27th June 2013 addressed to Director, Institute of Mental Health and Hospital, Agra, but till date no further follow up action has been taken.

Consequently, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the Director, Institute of Mental Health and Hospital, Agra, respondent no.3, is directed to see that further follow up action, as mentioned in the letter, is taken preferably within next two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

Subject to the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
