The applicant is the first informant of Case Crime No. 2264 of 2012, P.S.Baradari, District Bareilly out of which S.T. No. 247 of 2013 is said to be pending in the Court of Additional Session Judge, Court No. 10, Bareilly, under Sections 498A, 304B/34, 306/34 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act.

The grievance of the applicant that he has moved an application before the Additional District and Session Judge, Bareilly to transfer the case to another Court on which, by order dated 13.05.2015, the Session Judge has called for report from the concerned Court but has not stayed the proceeding.

As the matter is engaging the attention of the Session Judge, this Court does not consider it appropriate to interfere with the matter at this stage. The applicant may approach the concerned Session Judge for interim order in the pending proceeding.

With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of.
