Sri Janardan Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied that his grievance for removal of encroachment by private respondent is substantially accepted since according to his instructions proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated, therefore, he prays that this Public Interest Litigation may be disposed of.

Sri A.K.Chaurasia, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has also affirmed the said factual aspect of filing of aforesaid proceedings.

In aforesaid circumstances, nothing survives to decide in this Public Interest Litigation on merit.

With aforesaid observation, this Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.

Sri Chandra Pal Singh is present on behalf of respondent no.6 and

Sri Sudhir Bharti on behalf of respondent no.5.
