(Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application)

This is an application for correction in the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Application U/S 482 No 239 of 2024.

Heard and perused the record.

It is submitted that earlier application was filed as a Misc. Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, later it is converted into Application U/S 482. The concerned case was filed in the Court of Civil Judge (S.D), Court No. 2. Gorakhpur but the summoning order was passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur.

The correction application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the name of the Court in the prayer clause as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur in place of Civil Judge (S.D), Court No. 2. Gorakhpur during the course of the day.

Let in second last line of paragraph- 2 and similarly in the first line and second last line of paragraph-39 of the order dated 12.03.2024, "Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Court No. 2, Gorakhpur" shall be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur".

This order shall form part of the order dated 12.03.2024.
