Heard Mr. Ekrama Qureshi, learned advocate for the applicant

and Mr. Darshit Kamdar, learned advocate for Mr. Ashish Dagli,

learned advocate for respondent no.2.

Upon instructions, Mr. Qureshi, learned advocate for the

applicant states that, the accused in the matter has already been

acquitted on 01.04.2024. In such circumstances, reserving the liberty

to raise all the contentions before the Appellate Court, learned

advocate for the applicant, does not press this application.

Hence, the present application stands disposed of as not

pressed with the aforesaid liberty. Notice is discharged.
