MAIN CASE

The petitioner, by way of present petition under Section 439

Cr.P.C., seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 121, dated 05.12.2021, under

Sections 22, 61 & 85 of NDPS Act, (Section 22(c) of NDPS Act added later

on), registered at Police Station Chohla Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

[2] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner

prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to

approach the trial Court for seeking regular bail of the petitioner.

[3] Ordered accordingly.
