This petition has been filed by the petitioners Chandra Pal Singh and Sughar Singh with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair and expeditious investigation of case crime No. 659 of 2013, under sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Dakshini Firozabad, District Firozabad or it may be transferred to C.B.I.

From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P./ S.S.P. Firozabad who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair and expeditious investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
