THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY,

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

The office objections are not complied.

2. The petitioner was released on bail on medical grounds for a period of 60 days by this Court on 14.11.2022. It appears that the petitioner has not surrendered before the jurisdictional Court as per the directions issued, while bail was granted to him. Further, this is the fourth bail petition filed by the petitioner on medical grounds. Though it is continuously stated that a surgery is required, so far petitioner has not undergone any surgery. This Court has already considered the medical report pertaining to the petitioner and granted him bail on medical grounds for a limited period directing him to surrender before the jurisdictional Court on the expiry of 60 days from the date of his release.

3. The petitioner has sought for extension of his bail for a further period of three months to enable him to undergo surgery of his right cheek etc. However, no grounds are made out to allow the petition at this stage.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jurisdictional Court forthwith, failing which the trial Court shall take necessary steps to secure his presence and shall remand him to judicial custody. The petition is dismissed.
