N. Kotiswar Singh, J.:— Heard Ms. R.M. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. H. Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. Office note dated 06.09.2021 indicates that neither A/D card nor unserved notice has been received from the sole respondent till date.

3. In that view of the matter, applicants may take fresh steps for service of notice upon the sole respondent by registered post with A/D as well as by way of dasti.
