1. On perusal of the folder of the case containing the order sheets shows that on December 10, 2020 the appeal was directed to be listed on December 17, 2020. Advocate-on-record of the appellant was to serve notice on the respondent.

2. At the time of hearing, learned Advocate for the appellant pointed out that subsequent to the aforesaid order the matter was taken up on December 17, 2020 and December 21, 2020. However, the folder of the case does not have the orders passed on December 17, 2020 and December 21, 2020. From the website of the High Court, copy of the order passed by this Court on December 21, 2020 was made available, which is not the part of the paper book, i.e., stay application and the memorandum of appeal.

3. The Registrar, Original Side should ensure that in future whatever papers are placed before the Court, the same should be complete in all respect including the orders passed on the previous dates.
