2. As per order of this Tribunal dated 28.05.2021 Appellants have to deposit 50% of notice amount which comes to Rs. 2,57,96,363/- for entertaining the Appeal, on or before 03.06.2021, with Registrar of this Tribunal failing which appeal stands dismissed automatically.

3. Appellants have not deposited the amount in compliance of order dated 28-05-2021 therefore, Appeal has to be dismissed for non compliance of order dated 28.05.2021. Accordingly Appeal is dismissed.

4. All miscellaneous applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
