1. Present application has been filed seeking early hearing of the W.P.(C) No. 13915/2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of petitioner in the present petition would become infructuous if the seniority of petitioner is not given at the appropriate time and if the Petitioner is not posted in RPF as per his merit list.
