1. We have heard extensive arguments advanced by learned counsel appearing for the parties in Criminal Application Stamp No. 4278 of 2020 filed in this petition and other applicants in connected matters for interim protection/bail, which we have reserved for orders.

2. So far as this petition and other connected petitions are concerned, the parties agreed that the same can be heard after Diwali vacation. This Court has already issued notices to the respondents on 05.11.2020. In case respondents wish to file replies, they can do so within a period of four weeks from today. List the matter on 10.12.2020.

3. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or e-mail of a digitally signed copy of this order.
