CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 BEARING

REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/MB/IVD/ID4/8865/2020-21 IN THE MATTER OF IN THE

SULABH ENGINEERS AND SERVICES LIMITED

1. Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed an Order dated September 3, 2020 bearing

reference number WTM/MB/IVD/ID4/8865/2020-21 in the matter of Sulabh Engineers and

Services Limited.

2. Subsequently, it has been brought to the notice of SEBI that there is an error regarding Permanent

Account Number (PAN). The aforesaid error shall stand corrected in the entire order as follows:-

3. The Order dated September 3, 2020 bearing reference number WTM/MB/IVD/ID4/8865/2020-21

shall always be read with this corrigendum.
