2. According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Respondent has already swapped a large number of STBs of the petitioner without giving any notice. Considering the above facts, Respondent No. 1 is restained from further swapping the Petitioner's STBs without showing compliance with the Regulations and without issuing the required notice.
