Case taken up today as there was no sitting of this Commission on 20.03.2020 & 01.05.2020, due to pandemic of Novel Coronavirus and the case was adjourned for today, as per administrative orders dated 19.03.2020 and 14.04.2020.

Learned counsel for the complainant has recorded the statement separately to the effect that due to some technical defects, he withdraws the present complaint and liberty may be granted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars, in accordance with law.

In view of the above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars, in accordance with law. Registry is directed to return original documents, after obtaining the true photocopy of the same, if any, duly attested by the counsel/party, and spare sets.
