Raj Mohan Singh, J. (Oral):— Office has reported that present petition bearing CRR No.743 of 2020 is the duplicate of CRR No. 98 of 2020, which is pending in the High Court.

2. Hence, CRR No.743 of 2020 is ordered to be withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that if the statement of fact made by the office is found to be otherwise, he may move an appropriate application for revival of present revision petition.
