1. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the name of Respondent 2 is ordered to be deleted from the array of the respondents, at the risk and responsibility of the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the entire factual position depicted in paras 6 and 7 of the impugned order 2015 SCC OnLine All 9083 is false and incorrect.

3. Issue notice. Mr D.K. Garg, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the legal heirs of deceased Respondent 1, and seeks a short adjournment, so as to enable him to file counter-affidavit.

4. Counter-affidavit be filed within three weeks. List thereafter. Parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today, in the meantime.
