Petition under Section 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of arrest of the petitioner in connection with, C.C. No. 1195/13 on the file III Addl. Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, pending disposal of WP 26067 of 2015, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed therein, and the orders of the High Court order dated 18-08-2015 made in WPMP. No. 33853 of 2015. and dated 31-10-2019 made in WP. No. 26067 of 2015, and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. P. Usha Rani, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the GP for Home, for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and of M/s. Pillix Law Firm, for the Respondent No. 4, the Court made the following.
