Statement of Sh.Arvinder Singh, Partner of M/s.Balwant Singh & Sons/DH's Firm along-with Counsel Sh.Vikas Sharma, Advocate recorded that today he has received a Cheque bearing No.048538 dated 09.12.2019 for Rs.5,34,270/- in favour of M/s.Balwant Singh & Sons from the JD No.1 i.e. National Insurance Co.Ltd.drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kolkata as full and final settlement of his claim in the present execution and has also given an Indemnity Bond of the like amount to the JD No.1, National Insurance Co.Ltd. through their Counsel Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate. The Photocopy of Indemnity Bond and copy of the aforesaid Cheque are placed on record which are as Mark "A" and Mark "B". As such, the present execution application may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of the statement given by the DH along-with his Counsel, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
