1. Present: Shri K.K.S. Bisht, Ld. Counsel for the applicant and Shri Virendra Singh, Ld. Counsel for the respondents, assisted by Maj Salen Xaxa, OIC Legal Cell.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance to judgment and order dated 28.08.2017 the PPO has been issued. He undertakes to serve copy of the PPO on learned counsel for the applicant during course of the day.

3. Since PPO has been issued, this execution application has served its purpose and deserves to be rejected as infructuous.

4. It is accordingly disposed of.
