2. This is an application filed by the petitioner for execution of order dated 29.08.2017 passed in T.A. No. 528 of 2010.

3. In this case, notice was issued to newly impleaded Bank but today no one is present on behalf the Bank. His presence is necessary.

4. Let fresh notice be issued to opposite party No. 6 by regd. post as well as by normal mode of service. Steps to be taken within a week.
