1. Present: Shri Vikas Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amit Jaiswal, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner for execution of order dated 21.12.2017 passed in T.A. No. 86 of 2013.

3. Even after lapse of one year, order has not been complied with. Even today stands of the respondents is same that requisite sanction has been granted and PPO shall be issued within a short time. The same submission was made by the respondents on 16.11.2018 also. Virtually no progress has been made with regard to compliance of the order under execution. Today, further time is prayed by the respondents to ensure compliance of the order.

4. List this case on 09.04.2019 for filing compliance report, failing which the respondents will have to pay cost of Rs. 15,000/- in the Registry which shall be paid to the petitioner through cheque.
