Ajay Mohan Goel, J. (Oral):— Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the Authorities concerned to consider her request to retain her at the present place of posting at least till the month of March, 2019, as she is in family way.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in family way, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. It goes without saying that in the event of any such representation being made by the petitioner within a period of one week from today, the same shall be considered sympathetically by the Authorities concerned keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in family way and she is only seeking her adjustment at the present place of posting till the month of March, 2019 and same shall be decided within a period of one week from the date of its receipt. As the petitioner has been permitted to file a fresh representation purely on humanitarian ground, therefore, the decision on the same shall not give any fresh cause to the petitioner to either approach this Court or the learned Tribunal.

3. The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
