Col. (Ts) Arun Kumar (Retd) v. Union Of India & Ors.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the OA, the original date of retirement has inadvertently been mentioned as “30.08.2009” whereas it should be “30.04.2009”. Consequently, the said typographical error has appeared in the order dated 12.02.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner may make the necessary correction in the OA and consequently, relief be allowed in the order. In the second line of the first page of the order and in the thirteenth line in the second page “30.09.2009” be read as “30.04.2009”.

3. In view of the above, application stands disposed off.
