Gautham Kumar Yadav v. Union Of India

This transfer application is filed by the petitioner alleging that his native place is at Gorakhpur and he had filed petition in Hon'ble Karnataka High Court which was subsequently transferred to Kochi Bench. Now, it has become more difficult for him to prosecute his case at Kochi as such he has prayed that his case may be transferred to Regional Bench at Lucknow. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

Let this case may be transferred to Lucknow Bench and the petitioner may be informed. Application is accordingly allowed.
