The only prayer made by the petitioner is that he has filed statutory complainant against the order of summary court martial on 23.05.2011 but the same has not been disposed off till date. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she would seek instructions in this behalf. However, looking into the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondents to dispose of the statutory complaint within a period of two months, in case the complaint has already not been disposed off, and the order shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed off. No order as to costs.
