Sanjay Kumar Medhi, J.:— Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the Office note dated 26.03.2019, submits that as per the same neither unserved notice nor the A/D card has been received back so far as respondent No. 5 is concerned.

2. The notice having been issued to the respondent No. 5 on 12.02.2016, this writ petition may be directed to be placed before the Lawazima Court for passing appropriate orders on presumed service on the said respondent No. 5, thereafter, the matter may be listed before this Court.
