Central Administrative Tribunal
Jan 30, 2014

HONBLE MRS. RAJWANT SANDHU, MEMBER(A):-

1. This OA has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following relief:- (i) Quash the order, dated 1.12.2012 (Annexure A/1) passed by respondent No. 3 whereby the claim of the applicant for promotion to the next higher post of Personal Assistant against the available vacancies has been rejected by passing a totally illegal and non-speaking order without following the principles of natural justice.

(ii) To direct the respondents to consider and promote the applicant as P.A. from the due date.

2. Short reply was filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 while rejoinder was not filed.

3. When the matter came up for consideration today, Sh. Vikrant Sharma, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 conveyed that OA No. 103/CH/2013 tilted Sanjay Kumar Vs.
