1. The Respondent No. 2-Education Officer as also the Dy. Director of Education, Kolhapur are present in person.

2. The learned AGP on instructions received from them submits that the letter dated 24th April, 2017 addressed to the Petitioners by the Education Officer (Sangli) be treated as withdrawn forthwith. We record the statement and order that the said letter dated 24 April, 2017 stands withdrawn immediately.

3. The learned AGP on instruction also submits that in case the Management of the Petitioners' employees submit the salary bills then within a period of fifteen days from its receipt the salary of the Petitioners shall be released. We record this statement too.

4. In view of the said statement we dispose of this Contempt Petition No. 140 of 2017.

5. The ad-interim order in Writ Petitions to continue till the next date of hearing.

6. List the Writ Petitions along with Writ Petition Nos. 11617, 11618 and 11619 of 2016 on 28 June, 2017.
