2. We have heard the learned counsel for both the sides.

For the reasons carved out in the instant applications, coupled with the fact that the case of the applicants, as stated by the learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, are covered by the ratio of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India v. Tarsem Singh (2009 (1) AISLJ 371), the delay occurred in filing the accompanied O.As stands condoned, being a case of continuing cause of action.

4. All the above M.As stand disposed of accordingly.
