In the circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms of our judgment dated June 13, 2007 rendered in appeal nos. 139-142 of 2006, 144 of 2006, 151-156 of 2006, 207 of 2006, 216-218 of 2006, 239-240 of 2006 and 10, 11 & 23 of 2007.
