Ms. Gauri Setia, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the reply shall be filed in course of the day, a copy whereof shall also be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. Rejoinder to the reply may be filed within two weeks.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has restored the supply of signals to the petitioner in respect of the channel “Gemini TV” on 22.12.2010 and the other three channels viz. “Gemini Movies(Teja TV)”, “Gemini Comedy” and ‘Kushi’ on 3.1.2011 pursuant to our interim order dated 16.12.2010

In this view of the mater, we are of the opinion that no other or further order need be passed at this stage.

Put up the matter on 31.1.2011 for framing of issues.
