A.U Khan, M.:— A suit of Ram Bali for declaration decreed on 5.7.1969

2. Restoration applications moved by State on 20.4.1970

3. The contention is that State was not served and decree is based on fraud.

4. Objection filed on 16.11.1970 Second restoration application moved on 6.9.75 by Lekhpal from Gaon Sabha. On 8.5.1980 S.D.O has allowed it on 18.11.1981 Addl. Commissioner was submitted this reference.

5. I see that Lekhpal is not competent to more restoration for Gaon Sabha.

6. Reference is accpeted; Order of trial court is set aside. Restoration application on 6.9.75 is rejected.
