The tariff for the transmission asset was revised vide order dated 5.1.2015 in the light of the judgement of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity dated 3.5.2013 in Appeal No. 118 of 2012.

It is noticed that in the order dated 5.1.2015, there is an inadvertent typographical error in the transmission charges allowed in para no. 18 which is sought to be corrected through this order in exercise of the power by the Commission under Regulation 103A of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time.

3. Accordingly, the table under para 18 of the order dated 5.1.2015 in Petition No. 242/2009 shall be rectified as under:—
