1. The case was adjourned by this Court on 08.05.1990 to come for decision after the disposal of the case in C.W.P No. 9235 of 1988. The registry has informed that C.W.P No. 9235 of 1988 has been disposed of even on 08.05.2003

2. There is no representation for the petitioner to explain the nature of decision in the above said writ petition and how it makes the case, either way, in his favour or against him in taking decision in C.W.P No. 6735 of 1990. Learned counsel appearing for the State is also unable to assist the Court to inform the nature of disposal in C.W.P No. 9235 of 1990. The case is old and stayed on file for more than two decades.

3. The writ petition is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.
