1. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitions are fixed for hearing on 20-9-2005.

2. In the meantime, the prosecution arguments may continue but thereafter the trial to remain stayed and defence argument not to start without further orders of this Court.

3. The Registrar General of the Patna High Court to send the details and files when Judge Yogender Prasad was promoted as a District Judge and all papers regarding posting of the present incumbent Shri Munni Lal Paswan.
