1. It is pointed out that two typographic errors had found themselves in paragraph 2 of the decision dated January 30, 2013. The first is the date “June 28, 1995” and the second is a reference to the year “1996”.

2. With reference to paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit filed we find that the stand of the respondent is as under:-

“8. The revision in the year 1996, was made effective retrospectively from 1st Aug. 1992 and revision in the year 2000 was made effective retrospectively from 1 Aug. 1997. In the revision in the year 2005 was made effective retrospectively from 1.8.02”

3. Indeed, two errors as pointed out have found themselves in paragraph 2 of the decision dated January 30, 2013 and accordingly, with consent of counsel for the parties the application stands disposed of directing that paragraph 2 of the order dated January 30, 2013 shall stand substituted as under:-

“2. Embracing the broader issues aforesaid is the sub issue of categorization of employees who retired pre August 01, 1997 and those who retired post said date in the context of revision of pay scale in the year 2000 and the grant of Dearness Allowance while determining pension.”

4. No costs.
