It came up before us today. No one was present on behalf of the Respondents. The Complainant was also not present, in spite of a written notice having been sent to him, to substantiate his complaint. In view of the foregoing, further enquiry into this complaint is not considered necessary.

2. With the above observations, the complaint is disposed of.
