1. IA filed on 7-1-2011 in IA No. 6 of 2004 stands allowed in terms of Prayer (a), which reads as under:

“(a) The composition of the Monitoring Committee constituted by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 17-8-2004 (2007) 15 SCC 55 may be reconstituted as follows:

(1) Dr H.H Trivedi, Ex-Professor of Medicine and Trustee of Sambhavana Trust Chairman (2) Dr M.H Kanhere, Former Professor of Surgery Member (3) Dr Nirbhay Shrivastav, Principal Orthopaedics and Incharge, MCI Cell, Medicine Education Department Member (4) Mr Purnendu Shukla, Journalist Member (5) Director of Medical Education Member Convenor”

2. As far as empowering the Monitoring Committee is concerned, we are directing the newly constituted Monitoring Committee to submit its report within a period of eight weeks.

3. Stand over for eight weeks.
