On perusal of the record and on consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties we are not satisfied that the judgment/order under challenge warrants any interference. Accordingly the SLP is dismissed. Then learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for some time for vacating the premises. Counsel for the respondent does not have any objection for grant of reasonable time :2: for vacating the premises. Considering the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted time till 31st January, 2002 to hand over vacant possession of the premises in question to the respondent, subject to filing an undertaking on usual terms in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. If the undertaking is not filed within the time granted or any term/condition of the undertaking is violated the extension of time shall cease to operate and the eviction order will become executable forthwith.

Subject to the above order the SLP is dismissed.
