1. Delay condoned. Leave granted. Pending hearing and final disposal of the civil appeal we are directing the Union Territory Administration, Chandigarh to appoint a High Level Equivalence Committee within a period of eight weeks. The Committee will examine the nature of the duties and responsibilities of Senior Dietician working in the Union Territory vis-à-vis Dietician (Gazetted) in the State of Punjab. That similar exercise needs to be undertaken for Dietician in the Union Territory vis-à-vis Dietician (non-Gazetted) in the State of Punjab. The Equivalence Committee is directed to submit its report before 18-11-2009.
