1. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
