State), notices have been issued and detailed interim order has been passed on 11/08/2010 after hearing Counsel for parties, which covers case of present petitioner, as well. Issue notice of writ & stay petition to respondents as to why the petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage. Notices may be given Dasti, if desired. In pursuance whereof, One set of paper book of the petition may be supplied to Shri SN Kumawat, AAG, appearing in cognate cases on behalf of respondents. A receipt whereof be filed in the Registry. List after filing of receipt of paper book, alongwith CWP-10600/10 showing name of Shri SN Kumawat, AAG in the cause list on 25/08/2010.
