Nev. Rev. Stat. § 132.330 : — WILLS AND ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONSGENERAL PROVISIONS — "Successors" defined

"Successors" means persons, other than creditors, who are entitled to property of a decedent under the terms of the decedent's will or pursuant to this title.
