The court of appeals has initial jurisdiction over appeals from motions to dismiss actions involving constitutional rights pursuant to section 13-20-1101.

Section 3 of chapter 414 (HB 19-1324), Session Laws of Colorado 2019, provides that the act adding this section applies to actions filed on or after July 1, 2019.
