Ind. Code § 9-24-16-1 : MOTOR VEHICLES — DRIVERS LICENSES — IDENTIFICATION CARDS FOR NONDRIVERS —24-16-1 - Issuance; conditions; documentary evidence of status of legal presence in the United States

The bureau shall issue an identification card to an individual who meets the following conditions:

(1) Makes an application.

(2) Is an Indiana resident.

(3) Has presented valid documentary evidence to the bureau of the individual's legal status in the United States, as required by section 3.5 of this chapter.
