(1) Upon the filing of any proceeding under this article or under article
13.5 of title
26, C.R.S., the court shall, as soon as practicable, enter a temporary or permanent order allocating parental responsibilities that shall allocate the decision-making responsibility and parenting time of the child until further order of the court.
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to any paternity determination made pursuant to section
14-5-402, C.R.S.
