Ky. Rev. Stat. § 436.480 : — CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTSOFFENSES AGAINST MORALITY — Pari-mutuel wagering exempt from KRS Ch. 528

KRS Chapter 528 shall not apply to pari-mutuel wagering authorized under the provisions of KRS Chapter 230.
