Kan. Stat. § 65-6741 : — PUBLIC HEALTHABORTION —6741 - Kansas unborn child protection from dismemberment abortion act; citation of act

The provisions of K.S.A. 65-6741 through 65-6749, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas unborn child protection from dismemberment abortion act.
